Glowpoint's webcasting service lets you create and deliver impactful video presentations with rich media and broadcast them to literally thousands of viewers cost-effectively via the public internet, your corporate network or via Glowpoint's private and secure overlay network. Our webcasting service is perfect for events such as quarterly company 'all hands' meetings, sales training and press conferences. Participants can view and interact with presenters from their desktop, laptop, or mobile devices – wherever they are.

Our webcasting service includes:

• High Quality, Secure Content Acquisition and Global Broadcasting: Rich content such as audio, video, and presentations can be captured live or pre-recorded and broadcasted worldwide over the internet, your corporate network, Glowpoint's network, or the appropriate combination. Our video bridging and webcast producers will coordinate and monitor the entire broadcast.
• Easy Participant Connectivity, Wide Range of Viewing Options: Webcast speakers and attendees can participate from our public videoconferencing rooms, their corporate videoconferencing rooms, desktops, laptops, or mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
• Dedicated Event Producer: As part of our service, we will provide an event producer that will pre-plan and coordinate your webcasting event, including pre-testing.
• Production Assistance: If a studio production is required, we will provide the necessary support to ensure the highest quality video and audio for your webcast.
• Event Registration and Post Event Reporting Support: We will provide on-line registration for your event participants, including the ability to customize the registration form to collect key information. You will also be able to run reports post-event to collect information about participants, including who viewed the event, and how long they viewed.
• Custom Viewer Branding: If you need your webcast to have the look and feel of your brand, or a sponsor's logo, we can provide branding – to be reviewed and approved prior to the event.
• Recording: We can record your webcast and make it available for post-event viewing, either on a DVD or from an FTP site. We include a six month archive link for unlimited viewing of your completed webcast at no additional cost.
